Babu's early education at St. Mary’s Higher Secondary School in Dindigul laid the groundwork for his ambitious journey. In 1996, he graduated with a degree in Agriculture Engineering from Coimbatore. With dreams of a better future, he moved to Singapore in 2000, only to face the harsh reality of joblessness. Undeterred, he printed a hundred copies of his resume and knocked on doors throughout the city, seeking opportunities. His determination paid off when he secured a position as a software engineer at Info-Tech Systems, a small company with just five employees.

Through his dedication and a "Fear Not" mindset, Babu rose through the ranks to become the controlling shareholder and CEO. Under his leadership, Info-Tech Systems (www.info-tech.com.sg) blossomed into a global enterprise, employing over 500 individuals and serving more than 30,000 customers with over 1+ million users worldwide. Babu played a pivotal role in modernizing the company’s legacy DOS and Windows-based systems into a cutting-edge cloud-based HRMS and accounting solution. His vision was clear: to provide affordable, user-friendly software that helps small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) streamline their HR and financial processes, empowering them to thrive in a competitive landscape.
